—— About Adamiro

Built for the ones still building.

Most companies are using AI to cut headcount. We’re building it to help small ones grow. That distinction matters to us.

THE Why

AI is doing what technology always does. It concentrates power where power already sits. The companies with the biggest budgets, the deepest engineering teams, the most data move faster, operate leaner, and extend their lead.

The founder running a team of eight doesn’t get the same leverage. She gets the same tools, priced for enterprises, built for scale, that she doesn’t have yet.

We think that’s the wrong outcome. Enterprise success isn’t bad. The problem is consolidation: a healthy business ecosystem needs more companies growing, and the jobs that disappear at the top don’t reappear unless something grows at the bottom.

So we build the other direction.

Origin

Where this came from.

We’ve started companies together. One went public. One didn’t survive. One got acquired. Between those outcomes, we spent a lot of time wishing the right tools existed: market intelligence that didn’t take half a day to assemble, content that sounded like us rather than a template, strategic advice we didn’t have to wait two weeks to schedule.

The tools weren’t built for us. They were built for companies with marketing departments we didn’t have, at prices that assumed budgets we didn’t have either.

We got tired of waiting for someone else to build this.

Adamiro started as our answer to that. Agent-driven workflows that handle the execution, so the people running the company can stay on strategy. Built in Sweden, by operators who’ve needed it themselves.

Team

The people building it.

A founding team of operators, not researchers. We’ve built companies, shipped products, and run the marketing functions these tools were designed for.

Names go up when the platform launches publicly. Until then, you’ll see the work, not the bios.
