—— Task Economy

One task.
One result.

Nothing wasted.

Tasks are Adamiro’s unit of value. You pay for what you produce. Every task maps directly to a specific output from a specific product.

How it works

Three things to know
about Adamiro tasks

No complexity, no hidden costs.

Here is exactly how your task balance works.

You pay for what you produce

Tasks are deducted when you trigger an output. Not when you log in. Not per seat. Per result. Run Signals twice in a week? Two tasks. Run it once? One task.

Unused tasks roll over

A quiet month does not cost you. Unused tasks carry forward for up to six months. Your balance is consumed oldest-first, so nothing expires before it should.

Top up any time

Running a campaign? Closing a big quarter? Add tasks instantly with a task pack. No plan change required. No support ticket. Your balance updates immediately.

Your balance, your control

Tasks that work
on your schedule

Busy quarter coming up? Quiet month behind you?
Your balance adapts to how you actually work.

Six-month rollover

Unused tasks carry forward automatically. Your balance is consumed oldest-first, so tasks are always used before they expire. A slow month in January does not cost you in February.

FIFO consumption

Tasks added earlier are spent first. If you buy a task pack mid-month, your existing balance is used before the new tasks. Your oldest credits are never stranded at the back of the queue.

Pre-deduct model

Tasks are deducted before a run starts. Your balance is checked before Adamiro triggers any output. You always know what a task will cost before you spend it. The dashboard shows your current balance and the task cost side by side.

Automatic refunds

If a run fails due to a system error, your tasks are refunded automatically. You are only charged for outputs that complete. Every user-side error is explained clearly with guidance on how to fix it.

Task Packs

Need more tasks? Add them instantly.

Task packs top up your balance without changing your plan.

Ideal for campaign bursts, seasonal peaks, or a one-off strategic deep-dive.

Tasks in a pack expire six months from purchase.

Common questions

Everything you need to know

What counts as an Adamiro task?

A task is one completed output. One Signals briefing. One Voice content piece. One Catalyst creative brief. One Match analysis cycle. Each advisory session period. The rate sheet above lists every action and its exact task cost. More features inside that will also cost just one task each.

When does a task get deducted?

Tasks are deducted before a run begins. If your balance is insufficient, the run does not start. The dashboard always shows your current balance and the cost of the action you are about to trigger, side by side, before you click anything.

What happens if a task fails?

If the failure is due to a system error on our end, your tasks are refunded automatically. The run is marked as failed, and you see a “Try again” option in the dashboard. If the failure is caused by a misconfiguration on your side, the error is explained clearly with specific guidance, but no refund is issued.

Do tasks expire?

Tasks included in your monthly subscription roll over for up to six months. Tasks purchased via a task pack expire six months from the purchase date. Tasks are always consumed in oldest-expiry-first order, so your longest-held tasks are used before newer ones.

Can I use tasks across all products in my plan?

Tasks included in your monthly subscription roll over for up to six months. Tasks purchased via a task pack expire six months from the purchase date. Tasks are always consumed in oldest-expiry-first order, so your longest-held tasks are used before newer ones.

How does the Team task pool work?

The Team plan provides a shared monthly pool of tasks across up to 5 seats. The team owner/manager controls how tasks are distributed across team members via the Team Manager Dashboard.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Your task balance and rollover carry forward regardless of plan changes.
