Data protection
Your business secrets stay yours.
Adamiro gets to know your company so its advice fits. That means it holds things you would not want anyone else to see. Here is how we keep them safe.
The promise
The more it knows, the more it has to protect.
Mentor and other Adamiro services work because they remember your business: your positioning, your numbers, the decisions you are weighing. That memory is what makes the advice yours instead of generic. It also makes it sensitive.
So we built the protection in from the start, not as a setting you have to find. Here is what that means in practice.
Encrypted
Encrypted where it lives
The notes Adamiro keeps about you are encrypted on disk with a key tied to your account. If someone reached the raw storage, they would find scrambled data, not your plans.
Own Vault
Never mixed with anyone else
Every customer’s memory sits in its own separate vault. Your data cannot show up in someone else’s session, and theirs cannot show up in yours. There is no shared pool to leak across.
In Europe
Kept in Europe
Your data is stored in Germany and processed inside the EU. It does not get shipped overseas to be handled.
Your control
You hold the keys to your own data.
See everything Adamiro remembers about you, and delete any of it in one click, for good. That is not a support ticket you file. It is a button in your dashboard.
GDPR
Built for GDPR, not bolted on.
Three rights matter most here, and all three are something you can do yourself.
See your data
Open the Memories tab and read every note Adamiro has kept about you, in plain language.
Take it with you
Your data belongs to you. Ask for a copy and it is yours to keep or move.
Be forgotten
Delete a single memory or close your account, and what we hold is erased for good.

Common questions
Common security questions
Is my data used to train an AI model?
No. Your briefs, drafts, prompts, and advisory sessions stay in your account and are never used to train an external model — confirmed across Memory, Mentor, and The Tank.
Where exactly is my data stored?
Your account, drafts, and application data are hosted in Sweden. Memory and the Mentor advisory memory sits in a separate, encrypted vector store hosted in Germany. Both are within the EU.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any individual memory from the Memory and Mentor Memories tab in your dashboard, or close your account entirely — both are self-service, no support ticket required, and both are permanent.
Can I get a signed Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. Email support@adamiro.com and we’ll send the DPA and our GDPR audit dossier for review.
