Comparison

Adamiro vs. Ahrefs Brand Radar.

Brand Radar is a good feature inside an excellent SEO platform. The question is whether an SEO platform is what you were shopping for, and who it expects to be sitting in front of it.

What Brand Radar actually does.

It tracks how often your brand appears in AI answers, benchmarks that against competitors, and surfaces the sources those answers cite so you can go and get mentioned in them. It also searches YouTube, TikTok and Reddit, which is unusual and genuinely useful (ahrefs.com, August 2026).

The citation-discovery part is the strongest idea in the product. Knowing that a particular listicle is what ChatGPT quotes about your category is more actionable than a visibility score, because you can do something specific with it on Monday.

Ahrefs also has a crawler and an index that we have nothing remotely like. If your work involves backlinks, keywords or technical audits, none of what follows is an argument against buying Ahrefs.

What it costs, and the part we cannot pin down.

Ahrefs plans run from Lite at $129 a month to Advanced at $449, each including one seat, with extra seats billed separately from $40 a month. Enterprise is $1,499 a month on an annual commitment.

Brand Radar is listed as part of those plans. There is also a paid AI add-on on top for the full prompt database, and here we have to be straight with you: Ahrefs quotes that add-on differently depending which of their pages you land on, so check it inside your own account rather than trusting a number on a competitor’s website.

For comparison, Adamiro’s Business plan is $199 a month with three seats included and additional seats at $10. Different products, so it is not a like-for-like price. It is the seat pricing that tells you who each one is built for.

It reports on publishing it does not do.

Brand Radar tells you where you stand in AI answers. It does not produce the thing that changes where you stand. Neither does the rest of the platform, and that is not a criticism of it, because that has never been what an SEO suite is for.

The practical outcome is that Brand Radar hands its findings to an SEO specialist, who briefs a writer, who publishes something, and six weeks later the score moves. That chain works when the chain exists.

Adamiro replaces the middle of it. AI Visibility finds the prompts you lose, and Send to Voice turns one into a draft in the same session. Not better analysis. Fewer handoffs between noticing and shipping.

Questions worth asking

I already pay for Ahrefs. Do I need Adamiro?

If someone at your company acts on the Ahrefs reports every week, probably not for visibility tracking. What Ahrefs will not do is write the post, publish it, or tell you what changed in your market that nobody searched for yet.

Is your AI visibility tracking better than Brand Radar?

No. Theirs has a bigger prompt database and covers platforms we do not touch. Ours is wired directly into drafting, which is a different kind of advantage.

Should I cancel Ahrefs and buy Adamiro?

Not if you do real SEO work. We have no crawler, no backlink index and no site audit. Those are not gaps we are planning to fill.

What is the honest overlap?

AI answer tracking and competitor visibility. Everything else in each product has no counterpart in the other.
