Comparison
Adamiro vs. Microsoft Clarity AI Visibility.
Clarity is free, and you should install it. Here is what it measures, what it does not, and where that leaves you.
Should I just use Clarity? It is free.
Install it either way. It costs nothing, and its Bot Activity dashboard reads your own server logs, which is a harder fact than anything a probe can produce.
The question is what you do the morning after it tells you something. Clarity reports. It does not write the page, publish it, or measure whether the answer changed afterwards.
Adamiro vs. Microsoft Clarity: Side by side
| Microsoft Clarity | Adamiro | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Free, no traffic cap | From $49/month, AI Visibility on all four plans |
| Engines answered against | Microsoft’s AI surfaces. The list is not published | ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode |
| Your server logs | Yes, Bot Activity shows which AI crawlers hit your site | No |
| Sessions referred by AI assistants | Yes | No |
| Setup | Verify the domain with the Clarity tag, Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools | Your company profile. No tag, no DNS record |
| Competitor share of voice | Share of authority against other domains on the same queries | Named competitors, tracked over time, with sentiment |
| What happens next | You read the dashboard | A weak answer becomes a brief in Voice, publishes through Reach, and the same question is asked again afterwards |

Use both
These measure different things and neither replaces the other. Clarity tells you who crawled you and how often Microsoft’s surfaces cited you. Adamiro asks your buyers’ actual questions of three assistants on a schedule, tells you who was named instead of you, and turns that into something published.
If your buyers live inside Copilot and Bing, Clarity alone may be enough, and we would rather say so than sell you a second tool you do not need. If they ask ChatGPT or Perplexity, Clarity cannot see that conversation at all.
Questions worth asking
Is Microsoft Clarity really free?
Yes, and there is no traffic cap. We recommend installing it whether or not you use Adamiro. It reads your own server logs, which is a harder fact than any external probe can produce.
Which AI engines does Clarity cover?
Microsoft does not publish the list of AI surfaces its Citations report covers. We are not going to guess on their behalf. What we can say is what Adamiro asks: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, on a schedule you choose.
Can Adamiro show me AI referral traffic or bot crawls?
No. Both need a tag on your own site and both need your server logs, and Clarity gives them away for nothing. Rebuilding them would be a worse version of a free product. Install Clarity for that half.
So what does Adamiro do that Clarity does not?
It closes the loop. A question where an assistant named a competitor instead of you becomes a brief in Voice, publishes through Reach, and then the same question is asked again so you can see whether anything moved. Clarity reports the gap. Adamiro is built to act on it.
Do I need to install anything to use Adamiro AI Visibility?
No tag and no DNS record. It works from your company profile, so it can measure a domain you do not control, which is also how the prospect reports work.
