Reach

Reach says which platforms it posts to and which you paste into.

No tasksSolo and Team

LinkedIn, Instagram and your own WordPress site publish through a connection. Substack, a blog, LinkedIn Articles, X, Reddit, Hacker News and technical documents are copy and paste. TikTok is read-only.

What it does

Each platform has one way out, and Reach states it. LinkedIn, Instagram and your own WordPress site publish through a connection. For the others, a panel gives you the formatted text and opens the platform's own editor, and you press Mark as published when it is up.

TikTok is connected so Signals can read your own videos. Nothing publishes to it.

Why

A button that says Post and does nothing on some platforms hides the work you still have to do. Reach tells you before you click.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't claim to post to a platform that only offers copy and paste.
  • It doesn't publish to TikTok.
  • It doesn't mark a copy-and-paste post as published on its own, except for Substack, where it also looks for the post on your publication and closes it when it finds it.

How to use it

Open the Reach guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.

Reach

A person approves every post.

Reach holds each post in your queue until you approve it, schedule it or press Post now. Each platform gets its own version of the post, and you choose which ones.

Reach / Voice

Reach won't approve a draft that has an open fact.

If a post still holds a fact to verify, Reach refuses to approve it, schedule it or post it. The message names what is open, up to five items. A post scheduled before the gap existed is sent as scheduled.

Reach

Campaign posts arrive as drafts for you to approve.

A campaign writes its posts into your Reach queue as drafts. On the campaign page each post has its own Approve button, and a post is scheduled only after you approve it or give it a time yourself.
