Signals · You see what it keeps.

Comments on your own posts are read without commenter names.

Since 13 Sep 2026v2.17.0See pricingSolo and Team

Buyers reads comments on your own Instagram and TikTok posts without asking for or storing who wrote them. Only the text is kept. Hashtag posts are read as captions, never usernames.

What it does

When Buyers reads comments on your own Instagram posts or your TikTok videos, it asks only for the text and the time. It does not request usernames.

For Instagram posts under your hashtags it reads the captions, and does not keep usernames.

Why

You want to know what buyers say, not who they are. Not holding names means there is nothing to leak, export or erase later.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't store who wrote a comment or caption.
  • It doesn't read anything on TikTok beyond comments on your own videos.

How to use it

Signals

Signals can bring back one old post that did well, once.

A scheduled briefing may suggest one idea called "Revisit: ...", built on a post older than six months that did better than your typical post. Each post comes back once.

A source that can't be reached says so on its row.

Catalogue sources are checked weekly. One that cannot be reached shows "Connection lost" on its row and adds nothing to your briefings. A feed that has moved is followed, and nothing changes for you.
