The first cleared payment for a seat adds 20 tasks on Solo or 50 on Team, once per account. A renewal does not add it again, and these tasks do not expire.
What it does
When you choose a seat and your first payment clears, a welcome bundle is added to your balance: 20 tasks on Solo, 50 on Team.
It is given once per account, not once per payment, so a retried payment can't add it twice.
Why
A new seat should start with something to run, not an empty balance.
What it won't do
- It doesn't repeat on renewal.
- It doesn't apply to a workspace an agency created and a client then took over.
