Quotes of four or more words are matched to the source pages. One it can't find becomes a fact to verify, with the reason stated.
What it does
After a draft is written, Voice checks every quotation of four or more words against the pages it read. A quote it finds on one of those pages stays as written.
Any other quote becomes a fact to verify. Its words are kept and the reason is stated, for example a quote you typed into a case study interview.
Why
A quotation carries someone else's name. If the words aren't on the page, the draft shouldn't present them as theirs.
A quote Voice can't find blocks Approve, Schedule and Post now in Reach until you replace it. A post scheduled before that is sent as scheduled.
What it won't do
- It doesn't add anonymous illustrative quotes.
- It doesn't pass off a quote it can't find as found. Every such quote is marked for you to check.
- A quote or figure you allowed it to invent is marked for verification too.
How to use it
