How seats work

Starter and Growth are single-user plans. Business and Team are built for working together — in two different ways.

Business: you plus two colleagues

Business comes with 3 seats: you and two colleagues. Each colleague gets their own login and a workspace with Signals, Voice and Reach. They spend from the plan’s shared task pool, and you can set a cap per colleague if you want a ceiling.

A colleague’s profile starts pre-filled from your company profile, so their first draft already sounds like the company, and they write with your shared Company Voice. Radar, Mentor, The Tank and billing stay with you. Extra colleague seats are $10/month.

Team: a team of Business plans

Team is for organisations that want several Business workspaces under one roof. It comes with 5 team member seats, and each team member runs a full Business-grade workspace, with colleague seats of its own.

The 150 monthly tasks are shared across the team, and every team member gets 20% off task packs. Extra team member seats are $59/month.

What is a task?

A task is one deliverable from one of Adamiro’s services. A weekly market report costs 2 tasks. A LinkedIn post costs 1 task. A 30-minute Mentor session costs 1 task. See the task economy page for the full table.

What happens to unused tasks?

Unused tasks roll over and remain valid for 6 months from the date they were granted. You’re never punished for a slow week.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What does “3 users included” on Business mean?

Business comes with 3 seats: you and two colleagues. Colleagues get their own logins and work in Signals, Voice and Reach, spending from your shared task pool, with an optional cap per colleague. Radar, Mentor, The Tank and billing stay with the account owner. Extra colleague seats are $10/month.

How does the Team plan work?

Team is a team of Business plans. It comes with 5 team member seats, and each team member gets a full Business-grade workspace with its own colleague seats. The team shares 150 tasks a month, and team members get 20% off task packs. Extra team member seats are $59/month.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The trial gives you 10 tasks to try every product included in your chosen plan.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location, in line with EU and Swedish tax rules. EU customers with a valid VAT ID are charged at the reverse charge rate.

Any special plans for an incubator or accelerator?
