Mentor · You see what it keeps.

The free Sounds Like Them test stores nothing about either site.

Since 15 Sep 2026v2.17.1No tasksSolo and Team

Two homepages in, three interchangeable sentences out. No URL, text, sentence pair or diagnosis is written to options, tables or logs. Your browser holds the text between steps.

What it does

Sounds Like Them is a free test at adamiro.com/sounds-like-them, with no login. Paste your homepage and a competitor's. It returns up to three sentences from your site that could sit on theirs unchanged.

An email unlocks the fuller diagnosis. A Mentor thread then starts where the test stops.

Why

You're pasting a competitor's page and your own. Neither should be kept. The code states that promise and a unit test checks it.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't write either site's URL, text or results to a table, option or log.
  • It doesn't need an account.
  • It doesn't run without limits. Runs are capped per visitor and per day.

How to use it

Open the Mentor guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.
