Reach · Nothing goes out without you.

Campaign posts arrive as drafts for you to approve.

See pricingSolo and Team

A campaign writes its posts into your Reach queue as drafts. On the campaign page each post has its own Approve button, and a post is scheduled only after you approve it or give it a time yourself.

What it does

A campaign plans a batch of posts, up to 16, and writes them from your material. You see the plan and the task cost before anything is created.

The posts land in your Reach queue as drafts, tagged to the campaign. Each post is written for one platform. On the campaign page each post has an Approve button, and approving also schedules the post at the time the plan set. Schedule lets you pick another time yourself.

Why

A batch is a lot of text to publish unread. Drafts give you one place to read each post before it has a time.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't schedule a campaign post you haven't approved or given a time.
  • It doesn't create campaign posts as anything but drafts.

How to use it

Reach

A person approves every post.

Reach holds each post in your queue until you approve it, schedule it or press Post now. Each platform gets its own version of the post, and you choose which ones.

A new account runs no scheduled briefing until you switch it on.

A new account starts on Manual only, so no Signals or Radar briefing runs on its own until you pick a schedule in Settings. Email the briefing only decides whether mail goes out.
