Keep them until you delete them, or have them cleared after 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. One button wipes every transcript now. Notes you saved to Memories stay.
What it does
Under Account then Privacy you pick a retention window for your Mentor and The Tank transcripts. A daily sweep removes the whole stored conversation once it is older than your window. A button wipes every transcript at once.
Until you choose, the window is one year.
Why
A conversation log can hold things you said once and don't want kept. You decide how long it stays.
What it won't do
- It doesn't remove notes you saved to Memories. Those stay until you delete them.
- It doesn't keep a conversation's text after you delete it or the window ends.
- It doesn't keep another person's transcripts on your window: each person sets their own.
