Reach · You see what it keeps. New

Deleting a Reach post deletes its numbers and replies too.

Since 7 Oct 2026v2.22.0No tasksSolo and Team

Delete a post and its numbers, stored replies, follow-up mark, image slots, saved wording history and comments go with it. Your template catalogue and media library stay.

What it does

Reach has no built-in link between a post and its related data, so a delete removes each kind of row one by one: the post's numbers, stored replies, follow-up mark, image slots, saved wording and comments, then the post itself.

Only the post's author, or the owner of your company account, can delete it. A post that is publishing right now can't be deleted.

Why

A post you removed shouldn't keep leaving figures and replies in your reports.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't leave a deleted post's numbers behind in your averages.
  • It doesn't delete the shared template catalogue or your media library when you delete one post.
  • It doesn't hide a failed clean-up. A failed step is logged and the rest still run.

How to use it

Open the Reach guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.
