What it does
When some advisers don't answer in time, the round still goes ahead if enough of them did. The Chairperson adds a line such as "One advisor didn’t weigh in this round." or "3 advisors didn’t weigh in this round."
Why
A quietly smaller board looks like five voices. You should know how many you actually heard.
What it won't do
