An agency can hand a client workspace to the client, and the client must accept.

Since 1 Oct 2026v2.22.0See pricingSolo and Team

The agency sends the client an emailed link that works for 7 days. Nothing changes until the client accepts. The workspace keeps its tasks and work, and the client pays from then on.

What it does

When a client wants to run its own workspace, the agency sends a handover to the client's email address. The link works for 7 days, and an agency can send a limited number a day.

The client accepts, then goes through the normal checkout for its own plan. The workspace stays as it was: the drafts, memory and tasks are still there, and the client becomes the owner.

Why

A client who leaves an agency should keep the work built for it. A handover that needs the client's yes cannot give a workspace to the wrong person.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't change ownership before the client accepts.
  • It doesn't give the client a second welcome bundle of tasks.
  • It doesn't move the tasks away from the workspace.
