Reach

Reach tells you before a sign-in runs out under scheduled posts.

Since 10 Sep 2026v2.17.0No tasksSolo and Team

Once a day Reach looks for LinkedIn and Instagram sign-ins that run out within two weeks while posts are scheduled past that date. It emails you once, notifies you, and puts a Sign in again note on your Reach pages.

What it does

A LinkedIn or Instagram sign-in lasts about 60 days and can't be renewed in the background. Each day Reach checks every sign-in that runs out within two weeks, or already has, and has posts scheduled after that date.

You get one email per sign-in date, a message under the bell, and a note on the Reach queue and the campaign pages with Sign in again.

A scheduled post whose sign-in has run out is refused before anything is uploaded. It lands in the Archive as Did not send with the reason and Try again.

Why

A scheduled post that fails on the platform with nobody watching is the worst kind of failure. You hear about it while there is time to fix it.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't email you about a sign-in with no posts scheduled past its date.
  • It doesn't email you twice about the same sign-in date.

How to use it

Open the Reach guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.

Reach

A person approves every post.

Reach holds each post in your queue until you approve it, schedule it or press Post now. Each platform gets its own version of the post, and you choose which ones.

Reach / Voice

Reach won't approve a draft that has an open fact.

If a post still holds a fact to verify, Reach refuses to approve it, schedule it or post it. The message names what is open, up to five items. A post scheduled before the gap existed is sent as scheduled.

Reach

Campaign posts arrive as drafts for you to approve.

A campaign writes its posts into your Reach queue as drafts. On the campaign page each post has its own Approve button, and a post is scheduled only after you approve it or give it a time yourself.
