A report that got answers back for fewer than half of its questions gets no grade. The dashboard keeps your last complete grade and says it is older.
What it does
Each weekly report adds up into one AI Presence Grade. If answers came back for fewer than half of the report's questions, or there is no share-of-voice data to work from, the grade is left blank.
Your dashboard keeps showing your last complete grade, with a note that it is older.
Why
A grade built from a partial report looks like a result and isn't one. A dip caused by a failed run would read as a drop in your visibility.
A blank grade with a reason is more honest than a number you might act on.
What it won't do
- It doesn't show a grade for a report where fewer than half the questions got answers.
How to use it
Open the AI Visibility guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.
