Named unprompted counts only questions that don't contain your name. With none to count, the card says Not measured. A measured zero stays a zero.
What it does
Named unprompted is the share of answers that named you when the question didn't. A report with no such questions, or no company names to tell them apart, shows Not measured instead of a number.
A report that did ask and got no mention shows 0, because that is a real result.
Why
A question that says your name nearly always finds it. Counting those would make you look better known than you are.
Zero and nothing to measure mean different things. Showing both as 0 would hide which one you have.
What it won't do
- It doesn't count questions that contain your name as unprompted.
- It doesn't turn a missing measurement into a zero.
