When Mentor saves a thread to memory, a fact about your business needs a short quote from something you wrote. A line Mentor wrote doesn't count. Decisions Mentor files itself are in its own words.
What it does
When Mentor saves a thread to memory, a fact about your business needs a short quote from something you wrote. A line Mentor wrote doesn't count.
Decisions Mentor files through its remember step are written in its own words, so they are not held to that quote check.
If a fact turns out wrong, tell Mentor. The correction replaces the old one the next time that thread is saved.
Why
A wrong fact repeated back to you in a confident voice gets believed. Keeping Mentor's own words out of your memory stops its guesses from turning into your record.
What it won't do
- It doesn't save a fact from a conversation unless it can quote your words.
How to use it
Open the Mentor guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.
