Hand over a business plan, budget or contract as Only Mentor. Mentor reads it and names it. Voice, Reach and Campaigns can't see it, and the separation is enforced in storage, not on screen.
What it does
On the Memory page you choose who may use what you hand over. Only Mentor keeps a file, a page or pasted text for advice and nothing else.
Mentor reads it and names it when you talk. Ask about a document by name and it reads the whole thing. Only Mentor entries are yours alone and are not shared with your team.
Why
A business plan, a budget or board papers should inform advice. They shouldn't turn up in a published post.
The separation sits where the entries are stored, in a separate store from the one Voice and Reach read. Hiding the entry on screen would not be enough.
What it won't do
- It doesn't let Voice, Reach or Campaigns read an Only Mentor entry.
- It doesn't share Only Mentor entries with your team.
- It doesn't charge tasks for adding a document.
