When a client pays for the work itself, it sets a monthly cap on each agency person. A run past that cap is refused, and one person's spending doesn't count against a colleague's.
What it does
Where a client has agreed to pay for an agency's work in its own account, agency staff spend the client's tasks. The client sets a monthly limit per person on the link.
Before a run is paid for, Adamiro counts what that person has spent this calendar month. A run that would go past the limit is refused. Last month's spending doesn't count.
Why
A client who hands over its task balance wants to know how far it can go. The cap is that limit, checked against what each person has actually spent.
What it won't do
- It doesn't cap anyone when the client sets no limit.
- It doesn't apply to an agency-paid link, where the agency's own tasks are spent.
- It doesn't count one person's spending against another's cap.
