Closing an account erases nothing at once, and a closed account can be reopened.

Since 11 Oct 2026v2.22.0No tasksSolo and Team

Closing stops the plan and the card, and the account then waits about a month before it may be erased. In that time it can be reopened, though the plan does not come back.

What it does

You can't close an account from the dashboard. You write to privacy@adamiro.com from your account address and Adamiro closes it for you.

Closing cancels the plan, removes the saved card, stops scheduled posts and briefings and blocks sign-in, unless the same login is still a member of another open account. It deletes nothing. The account is given an erase date about a month out, and you get one email with that date. Until then you can ask to have it reopened. A reopened account has its content back, and you choose a plan again.

Why

Closing is easy to regret. A wait with nothing deleted lets you change your mind, and stopping the plan first means no more charges while you decide.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't erase anything on the day the account is closed.
  • It doesn't refund the plan automatically. Say so in your message if you're owed one.
  • It doesn't close an account while an ownership transfer is pending, or while the owner's login has other open accounts.
