Tasks are taken when you start a session or extend one. If the session record cannot be saved after that, the tasks are refunded and the message says nothing was charged.
Why
Paying for time you never received is the failure a buyer remembers.
What it won't do
- It won't refund unused time in a session that did open. Time you paid for and did not use is not returned.
