Features / Tasks

Tasks · You see what it keeps. New

The task ledger lists who pressed the button for every line.

Since 6 Oct 2026v2.22.0See pricingSolo and Team

On Plan and billing, every task spent or returned is listed with when, module, what and who. The owner reads every line. A Co-Editor reads only their own.

What it does

Account, Plan and billing has a Task ledger, newest first. Each line shows the module, what the task bought and the person who pressed the button. A refund is its own line starting with Returned.

The name stays with the line. A scheduled run reads Scheduled run, and a removed person reads Removed member.

Why

On a shared balance you should be able to see where it went and whose action spent it.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't show a Co-Editor anyone else's lines. That is decided on the server.
  • It doesn't move a line to the owner when a Co-Editor is removed.

How to use it

Open the Tasks guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.
