Tasks · You don't pay for what you didn't get. New

On the seat model, tasks never expire, refunds included.

Since 20 Sep 2026v2.19.0See pricingSolo and Team

Packs, welcome tasks, discount bonuses, refunds and support grants all stay in your balance until you spend them. There is no monthly allowance that resets.

What it does

Tasks are prepaid. A task stays in your balance for as long as your account exists. That holds however it reached you: a pack you bought, a welcome bundle, a bonus from a discount code, a refund, or a grant from our support.

Nothing resets on the first of the month.

That includes tasks our team adds when it moves your account to a different plan.

Why

Tasks you paid for are yours. A balance that quietly shrinks makes you spend to avoid losing it, and that is the wrong reason to run anything.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't take back tasks you haven't spent.
  • It doesn't give you a monthly allowance that vanishes.

How to use it

Open the Tasks guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.

A briefing that cannot be read is not sent and tasks come back.

If the write-up of a Signals or Radar briefing cannot be read, no briefing email goes out and the run's tasks are returned to you. The articles are offered again on the next run.

Signals / Radar

A run that finds nothing new, or nothing relevant, is not charged.

If your sources published nothing since the last briefing, or nothing was relevant to your profile, no briefing is made and the run is not charged. The timeline says "Run not charged".
