Reach

Reach asks once whether a pasted post went out.

No tasksSolo and Team

Reach can't see a copy-and-paste post go live. If it is unconfirmed a day after you copied it, you get one email, and one click on Yes, I published it closes the post.

What it does

For Substack, a blog, LinkedIn Articles, X, Reddit, Hacker News and technical documents, only you can say whether the post went out.

A day after you copied it, Reach emails you once. Yes, I published it closes the post from your inbox, with no sign-in needed, and moves it to the Archive. Open Reach Queue takes you to the queue instead.

Why

A post left open for weeks muddies your Archive and your numbers. One question is enough.

What it won't do

  • It doesn't email about the same post more than once.
  • It doesn't mark a post published unless you answer yes.
  • It doesn't stop you marking a post published yourself later. After a week with no answer the post is marked expired, and you can still close it from the queue.

How to use it

Open the Reach guide in your dashboard, or start a trial to try it.

Reach

A person approves every post.

Reach holds each post in your queue until you approve it, schedule it or press Post now. Each platform gets its own version of the post, and you choose which ones.

Reach / Voice

Reach won't approve a draft that has an open fact.

If a post still holds a fact to verify, Reach refuses to approve it, schedule it or post it. The message names what is open, up to five items. A post scheduled before the gap existed is sent as scheduled.

Reach

Campaign posts arrive as drafts for you to approve.

A campaign writes its posts into your Reach queue as drafts. On the campaign page each post has its own Approve button, and a post is scheduled only after you approve it or give it a time yourself.
